I have been a sufferer of snoring for over 10 years. Recently (over the past year) my wife and I have been purchasing and trying out many different types of snoring solutions. The Stop Snoring Mouthpiece Problems
Here are the problems that I had with the mouthpiece.
1. It was really uncomfortable. It took me at least a week to be able to get used to having the mouthpiece in my mouth. It’s a big bulky piece of plastic and I’m wasn’t used to having something like that in my mouth all night.
2. It made me drool like a baby. I was drooling like a fool all night. So much so in fact that I would wake myself up. I went through quite a lot of pillow cases during the time I was using the mouthpiece.
3. It made my mouth ache. Every morning I would wake up and have a weird, achy feeling in my teeth and jaw.
4. It kept falling out of my mouth. The stop snoring mouthpiece would fall out of my mouth almost every night and as soon as it did I would start snoring again. This would wake up my wife and she would have to search around in the dark and find the mouthpiece to put back in my mouth.
These problems were just too much for me to handle so I got rid of it and began looking for something else.

If you want to stop your snoring now there are several ways to do it. You can attempt to do it all by yourself with some of the tips that are outlined below or you can do it with the help of a snoring device (or with both).
I recommend that you try the stop snoring spray which I use. I tested it out along with stop snoring strips, the stop snoring mouthpiece, the chin strap, the pillow and a few others and found that it is much more effective than the others. It only takes a couple of sprays each night and you’re ready for bed. Plus it doesn’t require that you wear any uncomfortable head or chin strap or wear an uncomfortable mouthpiece.
If you are suffering from severe snoring you may want to see a doctor to help stop your snoring now. You could be suffering from sleep apnea which is a severe illness that can cause very severe health problems. You’re doctor may be able to suggest surgery or stop snoring pills.

Several months ago I purchased a stop snoring mouth guard. I had been looking for specific snoring cures that you could buy that were supposed to put an end to snoring. One that I found was the snoring mouthpiece.
I read a review online about the these particular snoring solutions and how they are a great way to reduce or even eliminate your snoring. I ordered one and in a few days it arrived.
When I opened it up there were instructions included that told me how to mold it to my mouth. I had to drop it in boiling water, then cold water, then put it in my mouth and bite down to fit it to my teeth. It only took a few moments.

How It Works
The stop snoring mouth guard is supposed to work by preventing the soft tissues in your throat from collapsing and blocking your air passageway while you sleep. They are supposed to be able to do this by pushing your lower jaw forward and also by lifting up your soft palate. The snoring mouthpiece I purchased also was supposed to be able to prevent my tongue from falling backwards into my windpipe (which also creates an obstruction and causes snoring).
The mouthpiece positions your tounge up to the roof of your mouth which reactes a seal and encourages you to breathe through your nose instead of your mouth.
Does It Work
My experience with the stop snoring mouth guard is that it was effective but suffered from a lot of problems that other snoring remedies do not. It made me drool, kept falling out of my mouth, made my jaw ache, and was uncomfortable to wear. After a few weeks I quit using it.
My Advice
I would not recommend that you buy snore guards or any other kind of “snoring cure” that requires you to wear something. The stop snoring mouth guard, the chin strap, the nasal strips are all examples of this.
I recommend that you try a snoring spray. It’s easy to use, safe, and doesn’t require you to wear an uncomfortable mask, headpiece, or mouthpiece.

What You Should Know About The Anti Snoring Mouthpiece
Snoring is a problem that is very common. There have been estimates that over 1/3rd of the population of the planet suffers from snoring. There are many products available to people with this problem and one of them is the anti snoring mouthpiece.
There are many reasons why people snore. Normally air will pass through the throat to the lungs without being obstructed. In people who snore this is not the case. The adenoids, fatty tissue, the tonsils, the palete, or the tounge will narrow the air passage or partially block it creating throat vibration which causes snoring. People are more inclined to snore who are overweight, on sleeping medication, who smoke, drink alcohol, or eat a large meal before bedtime.
Many anti snoring devices and methods exist to fight snoring. You can find the anti snoring headband, anti snoring drugs, an anti snoring exercise, and the anti snoring mouthpiece.
If you suffer from severe snoring you may need to consult a doctor. They can prescribe surgery or an anti snoring medication that may be able to help. If you are a mild snorer you may want to look into less invasive, less expensive, and less dangerous methods like the mouthpiece.
The mouthpiece is supposed to work just like the chin strap. It is supposed to position your jaw so that it lifts the soft palate creating a larger air passageway for you to breathe through.
Does it work?
Personally, I’ve tried the mouthpiece and found that it worked well but came with several problems that I could not live with. That’s why I use the anti snore spray SnoreZip which has completely cured my snoring.
As I’ve mentioned before in previous posts the anti snoring mouthpiece made me drool, fell out of my mouth constantly, made my jaw ache, and was very uncomfortable. The Stop Snoring Mouthpiece Works But Has Some Major Problems
If you are trying to quit snoring then you’ve probably already heard of the stop snoring mouthpiece. Every single snoring article or snoring blog or snoring website that I’ve visited mentions it at least once.

There are a whole host of stop snoring devices that are out there that you can buy that are supposed to help you stop your snoring now.

Over the last year my wife and I tested each one of these snoring devices to see which one worked the best. Here is what I found.
The Ring
The anti snoring ring is a product that I’m not quite sure why they are selling. It’s almost unbelievable that they would be able to sell this in today’s marketplace. It’s almost like someone trying to sell you magic beans. I almost didn’t buy the ring but curiosity got the best of me and I did. The ring didn’t work. Not at all. It didn’t even stop my snoring a little bit. But then again, I don’t know what I was expecting.
The Pillow
The pillow worked a little bit but the problem I had with the one I purchased was that it was waaaay too uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a rock. And I tend to roll around a little bit when I sleep so I would continuously roll out of the position the pillow was supposed to keep me in to prevent me from snoring. I don’t recommend you try the pillow.
The Chin Strap
The chin strap worked pretty good but was so uncomfortable and made my jaw ache when I took it off in the morning. I just couldn’t get used to having it strapped so tightly around my head. I don’t recommend the strap simply because it’s so uncomfortable and causes some pain in the morning.
The Nasal Strips
The nasal strips don’t work. I tried them for several nights and could not get them to have any effect on me whatsoever.
The Stop Snoring Mouthpiece
The mouthpiece worked better than the chin strap, pillow, ring, and nasal strips but it too suffered from some serious problems. First it made me drool like crazy which woke me up (not to mention how many pillow cases I went through). Secondly it kept falling out of my mouth and when it did I would go right back to snoring like crazy. Thirdly, it made my teeth and jaw feel funny. So all in all I do not recommend the stop snoring mouthpiece.
The Spray
When I first went to try the snoring spray I didn’t think it would work. But just like with the ring I was skeptical but curious. So I purchased an all natural spray and waited a few days for it to arrive. I was more than shocked when I found that after using it for a couple of days my snoring was reduced significantly. Then about a week and a half later my snoring was completely gone. So in a matter of a week and a half the snoring spray cured my snoring.
After using the stop snoring mouthpiece, pillow, ring, and all the others I was giving up hope that something would work. I thought I might just have to go to the doctor. But the snoring spray is working really well. I’ve been using it for a while now and it works like a charm.
